OUR STORY
The why behind Elite
Elite EMS Education grew out of firsthand experience with a recurring concern among EMS students preparing for certification. While precepting students, many said they felt unprepared for the National Registry examination, unsure how to study effectively, or anxious about test day. After several similar conversations, it became increasingly clear that learners needed more focused support as they transitioned from EMS education to the certification examination.
That’s why Elite EMS Education was created: to provide that support. Through purposeful, level-specific NREMT preparation, learners can better understand the examination, strengthen their approach to NREMT-style questions, develop effective study strategies, and build confidence as they prepare for certification.

We intentionally limit our workshops to 20 participants to create an engaging, low-stress environment where learners can ask questions, join discussions, and work through their reasoning without judgment. Keeping sessions small enables meaningful interaction while supporting a respectful, inclusive learning experience.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Ja'Vangeline "Jaye" Magee
Critical Care Endorsed Paramedic & Founder
Ja’Vangeline “Jaye” Magee is a Critical Care Endorsed Paramedic and the founder of Elite EMS Education. Her experience includes clinical precepting, supporting newly certified providers, and continued development in EMS education.
Jaye has completed NAEMSE Instructor I and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration. She continues to expand her knowledge of adult learning, instructional practice, and healthcare leadership as she develops educational experiences for the EMS community.
Looking Ahead
As Elite grows, the goal is to expand educational opportunities for EMS learners while developing future resources and solutions that support the instructors who educate them.
